How do job seekers look for jobs online?
How do people actually feel when they’re looking at online recruitment websites?
These were the questions ashine asked ourselves when responding
to a brief from Banbury Personnel.
After all, we needed to deliver a website that was anything but just another recruitment consultancy website. We’d had deep discussions with the client about the company’s existing market position. There was heavy competition from large PLCs. Together, we decided that Banbury Personnel could uplift its image by shouting about a very important USP – being a long-standing, owner-managed recruitment consultancy in Banbury. Who else could say that?

At ashine, we understood that looking for that perfect job and lifestyle can be a highly personal, even emotional experience. So we put the same questions we’d been asking ourselves directly to jobseekers themselves.
